Partial reform project of the La Maquinista shopping center, enhancing the restaurant offer located on the last level of the Upper Floor and favoring the flow of the public up to this level, clarifying the mall located between the South and East Buildings by relocating the cores of vertical circulation and of an existing footbridge. In addition, at the intermediate level Planta Carrer, to promote the dynamism of the area, a change of image and use has been made (from restaurant to commercial, generating a new front of shops according to the demands of future tenants ).

On the other hand, pergolas and covers have been installed to protect the main pedestrian circulation areas at P. Alta level from the rain.
