Certis is carrying out the expansion of the Gran Jonquera Outlet & Shopping Shopping Centre, it consists of the construction of a new building isolated but connected to the existing Shopping Centre, located at the confluence of the streets Avinguda de Galícia, Avinguda dels Països Catalans, Carrer País Valencià and Carrer Illes Balears de La Jonquera. The project consists of 3 basement floors of covered parking, and two floors of a covered Shopping Center, which practically doubles the initial surface area of ​​the Shopping Center. It is a concrete structure in situ using exposed concrete ceilings in solid slabs, between two-sided walls on a floor of 17,000 m2, making a total of about 70,000 m2 of ceiling.
