On the cover of the November edition of its semi-annual “Constructors” magazine , the Barcelona and Regions Construction Builders Association publishes a photograph of a work carried out by CERTIS.

This is the “Reform and change of use project in a building located at C/ Rosselló 257, Barcelona”. The comprehensive remodeling of a building designed in 1954 by Robert Terradas, listed as an asset  of urban interest, has been carried out.

It is located in a privileged area of ​​Barcelona, ​​on Carrer Rosselló between Passeig de Gracia and Rambla Catalunya: an exclusive area, overlooking the gardens of Palau Robert and right next to Avinguda Diagonal. The project has been managed by the Ferrater family and under the direction of one of the great contemporary architects: Carlos Ferrater.
