The Barceló Tower in Mataró, which changes the Mataró Skyline by becoming the tallest building in Maresme and, therefore, the tallest in Mataró, will have 26 floors, housing a total of 192 apartments for rent. This new building is located between the Ronda de Barceló, Avinguda del Maresme and the Farinera building. With a stepped volumetric shape, it will have 2,500 m2 of commercial or office roof space and 16,300 m2 of residential roof space on the upper floors.

This project has been designed by the architecture office Batlle i Roig Arquitectura, SPL and is part of the urban improvement plan together with the urbanization of the surroundings, to create a green space with rest areas. Stoneweg, S.A and M&G are listed as investors in the new Barceló Tower.
