Adem\u00e1s, en el nivel intermedio Planta Calle, para promover la dinamizaci\u00f3n de la zona, se ha realizado un cambio de imagen y de uso (de restauraci\u00f3n a comercial, generando un nuevo frente de tiendas acordes a las demandas de los futuros inquilinos).<\/p>\n<p>Por otra parte, se han instalado p\u00e9rgolas y sobrecubiertas para proteger de la lluvia a las zonas principales de circulaci\u00f3n de peatones a nivel de P.
